Gary Wu

Product Strategy & Design

Gary was unpacking complexity from an early age. He found himself “unpacking” furniture, appliances, and electronics around the home...just to see how things worked. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to put things back together until he was much, much older.

Fast forward to today, Gary is enjoys unpacking complexity of organizations, processes, technology, and people with tools drawn from product management, user experience, and service design. He believes that inspiring and creative solutions originate from deep understanding. Gary has fostered collaboration in  teams from various industries such as the federal government, military, intelligence, non-profit, events, attractions, retail and more.

Gary is notorious for not knowing what “boredom” is because he is constantly looking to add to his “jack-of-all-trades” list. Next up, maybe some BJJ, convert a shed into a bar, fire poi?

When he’s not listening to people’s stories, he is sharing delicious meals with his brilliant wife and remarkable kids.
